We make every effort to ship your order quickly. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Please remember to NOT include weekends or holidays in calculating the estimated transit time for your shipment.

SHIPPING METHOD:

We offer three shipping options for delivery within the U.S.: Ground, 3rd Day Air, 2nd Day Air. Please keep in mind, shipping times below are once the order leaves our warehouse. For faster shipping options please call us at: (917) 267-7833 or e-mail us and we will be happy to help you with that.

*Alaska and Hawaii: Orders are shipped via USPS, which takes 4-10 business days

How are the Shipping Costs determined? Shipping costs are based on your total order amount before sales tax and promotional discounts are applied. To determine the shipping cost for your order, please refer to the chart above (charges are per shipping address).

Do I pay sales taxes on my purchases? New York residents will have sales tax automatically added to their order. If you are not a NY resident, you are expected to comply with your state's current laws regarding purchases over the Internet.

Out of Stock Policy: If your selected merchandise is out of stock, we will inform you via email. You will not be charged for any item that is out of stock.

After you place your order you will receive an order number. You can track your order on our website with this number. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation with your fedex tracking number. Use this number to track your order at www.usps.com.
